Understanding agent SKUs and billing

CybAura pricing has two parts: your platform plan and your optional AI agent add-on. This guide explains how they fit together and how billing works.

Platform plans

The platform plan unlocks the modules and limits:

• Free — DNA wizard and risk register, single user.
• Starter — all core modules, up to 10 users.
• Professional — unlimited users, plus threat intelligence, attack surface, FAIR scoring, and board reports.
• Enterprise — adds BYOK, dedicated database isolation, and SSO/SAML.

Annual billing saves 20% compared with monthly.

Agent add-ons

AI agents are an add-on to any paid platform plan:

• Starter Agent — 1 agent of your choice.
• Agent Team — up to 4 agents.
• Full Workforce — all 11 agents.

You choose which agents to deploy within your tier from the Agent Marketplace.

How billing works

• Charges are managed through Stripe. View invoices and update payment details under Settings → Billing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually). You can cancel with effect from the end of the current period.
• Upgrading takes effect immediately and is prorated; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.

Trials

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial — no card required to begin. You'll be reminded before the trial ends.

Changing your plan

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. If you reduce your agent add-on below the number of agents you currently have enabled, you'll be asked which agents to keep active.

Tip: Not sure which agents to pay for? Check the suitability scores in the marketplace — they rank agents by value for your specific organisation.
